Optim.AI™ - Clinical Decision Support

Functional Precision Medicine for Cancer Patients

Optim.AI™ is a combinatorial multi-drug sensitivity test that predicts the most effective treatment options for each individual cancer patients using limited fresh tumor tissue.

Our Technology

Optim.AI™ is a revolutionary technology that efficiently predicts drug sensitivity by combining biological experiments with the power of artificial intelligence.

The Optim.AI™ Report

A detailed, patient-specific, sensitivity profile that stratifies Standard-of-Care and evidence-based treatment options from the custom 12-drug panel selected by the clinician.

The report contains all single and top ranking 2-, 3- and 4-drug combinations ranked by the Normalized Cell Viability (NCV) score. The NCV quantifies cell killing from 0 to 1+, where 0 indicates all cancer cells are killed, predicting high sensitivity to treatment.
