Introduction:
Matured T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas(MTNKCL) are heterogenous, aggressive, and typically associated with poor prognosis with conventional chemotherapy. Due to their rarity, there is a paucity of dedicated prospective therapeutic studies tailored to the various subtypes of MTNKCL. Although epigenetic deregulation and upregulation of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway are common hallmarks, recent randomized trials exploring novel epigenetic modifiers in MTNKCL could not meet prespecified endpoints for their regulatory approvals. There is hence a significant unmet need in developing novel approaches to improve outcomes of patients with MTNKCL.
Learn how our novel test, Optim.AI™, helped identify effective personalized treatments for challenging lymphomas, leading to significant responses.
